1:1 Coaching -

Wanda works side-by-side individuals within your management or frontline team to improve their results, prepare for promotions or career transitions. Sometimes only one intangible holds a valuable team member or leader back. Other times, you're looking for just the right tweak that can make a good performance great. You can engage Wanda to foster improvements you need.

Coach-the-Coaches -

After attending Transformative Coaching, you can ensure a more successful transition of content by having Look. Listen. Be. work with your leadership team in your office or contact center setting. Together we practice a consistent coaching model while allowing individual coaches to capitalize on their unique style.

Follow-up Coaching -

Look. Listen. Be. provides extended-class tutoring to reinforce learned material and pinpoint areas for more practice. You can engage in regular value-add discussions, launch additional well-timed exercises, and quiz concepts to increase retention.
